We appreciate orders of one dozen or more per style. However, orders of a minimum of three pieces per style will be shipped. To expedite your order, please identify items clearly by style number.

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT:
Shipping: Most of our merchandise is shipped Parcel Post, Canpar, Greyhound or as per your specification. You must pay freight charges.
PAYMENT
We offer four methods of payment:
I.Payment In Advance
If your order comes with payment, you can deduct 2% off the order value.
2. C. O. D.
For new customers approving credit takes 3-4 weeks, if you need immediate delivery, goods will be sent C. 0. D.
3. Net 30 Days:
Qualified customers who have established a net 30 days account with us have the option of paying within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. You pay shipping. If you wish to apply for this option, fill out and sign the credit application form.
4. Visa and Mastercard:
Pay by Visa or Mastercard and earn Airmiles.
Items in stock are shipped within 48 hours. Sometimes in the importing end of the clothing business, there are unusual delays or shortages of certain items. Items out of stock at the time of your order will be back ordered and can generally be filled within 5 weeks.
Discontinued styles will be cancelled.
Returns:
If merchandise is defective you may return it by getting from us authorization (in writing only) to return within 1 5 days of invoice date. Goods returned without authorization will be refused. No authorization to return goods will be given after 30 days from date of invoice. Exchange numbers may be taken over the phone. Defective goods to be returned via Post Only. (Do not insure). If you obtain authorization to return goods which are not defective, you will be charged 20% handling charge. |
